Oakwood Hills Master Plan

Our Oakwood Hills Development Project will create a beautiful, sustainable and safe environment for business and residential communities. Situated on 100-acres, Oakwood Hills offers a village-like community with premier apartment units, walking and hiking trails, a dog park, several commercial plots for restaurants and offices, and a large event venue.

The Oakwood Hills Development is split into two sections: Residential and Commercial.

Oakwood Hills Residential Development

Our master plan includes 392 maintenance-free apartment units with detached individual garages also available for rent throughout the residential area of Oakwood Hills. The community will be built with superior construction and uphold the aesthetically pleasing design that the township and its residents are accustomed to from previous projects.

Oakwood Hills residents will have access to the club house with a saltwater pool, mobile hotspots, fitness center and community room. A safe outdoor playground for children is situated by the club house. Residents will also have access to picnic and grilling areas and a small dog park.

Included in our plans is a well-lit sidewalk that gives you easy access to the various amenities throughout the community.

In addition, both residents and the general public will have access to the beautiful walking and hiking trails throughout the untouched green spaces in Oakwood Hills. Part of our plan for Oakwood Hills is to use the latest advancements in sustainability to preserve the ecology of the area. Eventually, we hope to connect these trails to the Meadows at Bumble Bee Hollow and Messiah College.

Oakwood Hills Commercial Development

The Oakwood Hills master plan has reserved areas for commercial development as well. We will carefully consider and select the businesses and organizations that will lease our property.

The commercial side of Oakwood Hills has the potential for five restaurants, two office buildings, a large event venue or boutique hotel, and two smaller plots that could serve as a potential bank and convenience store.

Our plan for the event venue and hotel includes 60 rooms, flexible floor space for meetings and banquets, and a large outdoor event space and several patios.
